Tag Support for Zenarmor Instances

Published on:

Tag Support enables administrators to organize and manage Zenarmor gateways and endpoints through a flexible tagging system. Tags provide an efficient way to categorize resources, simplify administration, and streamline device management across the organization.

Zenconsole supports both system-defined tags and user tags, allowing organizations to create logical groupings that align with their operational, organizational, or security requirements.

By assigning tags to gateways and endpoints, administrators can quickly identify resources, improve visibility, and manage large-scale deployments more effectively. Tags can also be used to dynamically organize resources within Zero-Trust Network configurations, making policy management and resource administration more scalable and efficient.

To access the Tags page, follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser and navigate to Zenconsole.

  2. Sign in using your Zenconsole credentials.

  3. Navigate to Settings → Organization Settings.

  4. Select Tags.

The Tags page displays all available tags within your organization and allows you to manage tag assignments for gateways and endpoints.

Zenconsole provides two types of tags:

  • System Tags – Automatically created and managed by Zenconsole.
  • User Tags – Created and managed by administrators.
