Managing Organization General Settings on Zenconsole

The General Settings page in Zenconsole allows you to manage your organization's name and image. You can update the organization name and upload a custom image to personalize your organization's appearance.

Accessing General Settings

To access your organization's General Settings page, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Zenconsole.
2. Select the organization you want to manage.
3. Navigate to Settings > Organization Settings > General Settings.

The General Settings page displays your organization's current name and image.

Changing the Organization Name

You can change your organization's name from the General Settings page by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings > Organization Settings > General Settings.
2. Locate the Name field.
3. Enter the new organization name.
4. Press Enter to apply the change.

Changing the Organization Image

You can upload a custom image, such as your company logo, to personalize your organization in Zenconsole.

To change the organization image, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings > Organization Settings > General Settings.

2. In the Image section, click Upload.

3. In the file selection window, locate and select the image you want to upload.

4. Click Open to proceed to the image adjustment interface.

5. Adjust the image within the selection area. You can zoom in or out using the mouse wheel to resize the image within the preview.

6. Review the image in the Preview section.

7. Click Save to apply the new organization image. To discard the changes, click Cancel.

Zenconsole supports JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG, and WEBP image formats. The maximum allowed file size is 250 KB.
