Managing Organization

After creating your organization on Zenconsole, you can easily manage it and perform the following tasks:

General Settings

You may update the organization name and logo on the General Settings page of your organization. Follow the next steps to access the organization General Settings page :

  1. Login Zenconsole.

  2. Select the organization that you want to manage.

  3. Navigate to Settings > General Settings page on Zenconsole.

Changing Name

To change the organization name, type a new name into the Name field and then press enter. This will automatically rename your organization, and you will see a notification that Organization name has been successfully changed at the right button of the page.

You can also change your organization name by clicking on the organization name at the top of the page. Typing a new name and then pressing enter will automatically rename your organization.

To change the organization logo, you may follow the next steps:

  1. Click the Upload button in the Image pane on the general settings page of the organization. This will open a file browser window.

  2. Select the image file from your local disk.

  3. Click Open to upload file. JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG, or WEBP file formats with 250KB maximum size are supported. This will display the image in preview mode on the page.

  4. You can scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out and get the best size for the picture.

  5. Click Save to upload the image.
