Subscriptions & Billing
The Subscriptions & Billing section lets you view and manage your active plans, billing cycles, and payment methods directly in Zenconsole. This area helps users easily keep track of subscription status, renewal dates, and payment details without requiring separate access to the management console.
To access your Subscriptions & Billing page in Zenconsole, follow the steps below:

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
In the left-hand menu, you can open either the Subscriptions tab to view and manage your plans or the Payment methods tab to update your billing information.

Viewing Subscriptions
The Subscriptions tab displays an overview of your active Zenarmor plans. From this page, users can review essential subscription details such as plan type, renewal date, billing cycle, and activation status.
Each subscription entry includes key details such as:
- Plan: The subscribed edition (for example, SASE, SSE, ZTPA, Business, SOHO, or Home).
- Subscription ID: The unique identifier assigned to the subscription.
- Renewal Date: The next scheduled renewal date.
- Billing Cycle: Indicates whether the subscription is billed Monthly or Annual.
- Status: Displays the current subscription status, such as Active, Trial, or Past Due.
Searching Subscriptions
Users can refine the subscription list using the search bar at the top of the page.
To search for subscriptions, use the Search bar at the top-right corner to locate a subscription by name or keyword. The list dynamically updates as you type.

Filtering Subscriptions
You can refine the subscription list using the available filters at the top of the Subscriptions page.
The available filters include:

Plan: Filter subscriptions by their plan type (e.g., SASE, SSE, ZTPA, Business, SOHO, Home).

Status: Display subscriptions based on their current state (Active, Trial, Canceled, Expired, etc.).

Billing Cycle: Even though the billing cycle (Monthly or Annual) is not directly shown in the list, users can filter subscriptions based on their billing frequency.
To apply any filter, follow these steps:

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
At the top of the list, click one of the filter dropdowns: Plan, Status, or Billing Cycle.

To select specific statuses, open the dropdown menus and mark the checkboxes next to the desired options. Multiple statuses can be selected at the same time.

The subscription list automatically updates to reflect your selection. Selected filters are displayed next to the Clear all filters button at the top of the page. To remove filters and return to the full list, click Clear all filters.

You can combine multiple filters to narrow down your search results.
Purchase Subscription
Easily expand your organization’s access to Zenarmor services by creating a new subscription that perfectly fits your needs. To add and activate a new subscription, follow these steps:

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
Once the Subscriptions page opens, click the
+ Purchase Subscriptionbutton located at the top right corner of the page.Figure 6. Purchase Subscription Button

From the dropdown menu, select the desired plan, such as Zenarmor Business.

Choose your preferred billing cycle, either Monthly or Annual. (Annual billing offers discounted pricing.)

Configure the number of users and optionally enable Gateways or HA Pair Gateways. The total cost will automatically update based on your selections.

Click Continue to proceed to the payment screen.

Choose a payment method from the list or click Add new payment method to add a new one. You can also set a card as the default or remove it if needed.

If you have an available discount, select it from the Discount dropdown list.

Review the order summary, accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Finally, click Confirm Payment to complete your purchase.

After clicking Confirm Payment, a Payment successful message is displayed.

Click Enter your organization info to complete your organization enrollment and activate your subscription.

Once the enrollment process is completed, you will be redirected to the Subscriptions page, where you can manage your subscriptions. This page displays your subscription details, including the plan, subscription ID, renewal date, billing cycle, and status. You can also filter subscriptions by plan, status, or billing cycle, and use the search box to quickly locate a specific subscription.
If organization enrollment has not been completed yet, the Subscriptions page displays an Organization Enrollment Pending notification.
This indicates that your organization's enrollment is still pending. To finalize the activation, you need to complete the enrollment process.
Enrolling Your Organization
The subscriptions only become fully active after you complete organization enrollment. When enrollment is still pending, you’ll see a yellow banner at the top of the Subscriptions page stating that some subscriptions are not fully active.

To enroll your organization and activate the subscription, follow these steps:

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
At the top of the page, review the Organization Enrollment Pending banner to confirm that enrollment is required.

In the subscription list below, look for subscriptions that display the Organization Enrollment Pending warning icon next to their plan name. Click the ⋯ (three-dot) menu at the end of its row.

From the dropdown, select Enroll Organization.

On the Enroll your organization page, enter your Organization Name and Organization ID in the corresponding fields.

Click Continue to submit the enrollment details.

After successful enrollment, a confirmation screen appears (e.g., Organization enrollment successful), and your subscription is fully activated.

Click Go dashboard to start using the included services or return to Subscriptions to review your now-active plan.
Managing Subscriptions
Each subscription entry includes a three-dot (⋯) menu at the end of the row, providing quick access to subscription management options. If you want to view more detailed information or make updates to a specific subscription, click the Manage button next to that entry.
When you click the Manage button, the detailed subscription view opens, allowing you to:

Review subscription and billing information

Access Activation Keys and Invoices
-
Perform actions such as changing the subscription plan, switching the billing cycle, or canceling the subscription
Subscription Details View
The detailed view consists of three main tabs that help you review and manage your subscription information:

Overview: Displays general subscription details such as plan name, organization, duration, billing cycle, and status.
Each subscription entry includes:
-
Subscription Name: The product or service you are subscribed to (e.g., Zenarmor Secure Access).
-
Subscription ID: A unique identifier for your plan.
-
Status: Displays the current plan state (*Active, Trial, Expired,- etc.).
-
Organization: The associated organization name; clicking it redirects you to the Organization Dashboard.
-
Included Services: Displays the type of service (*SASE, SSE,- etc.) and the number of licensed users.
-
Duration: The subscription term.
-
Start Date: The date the subscription became active.
-
Billing cycle: The current billing frequency (Monthly or Annual).
-
Next Billing Date: Displays the upcoming billing date for your active subscription
-
Auto-payment: Indicates whether automatic payment is enabled.

Gateway Activation Keys: Lists all license or activation keys associated with the subscription.

Invoices: The Invoices tab displays all invoices related to the subscription. Each invoice entry includes the following information:
- Amount: The total amount billed for that billing period.
- Number: Unique identifier for the invoice.
- Date: The date when the invoice was generated.
- Status: Indicates whether the invoice is Paid or Pending.
To download an invoice, click the Download button next to the respective entry. Invoices are provided in PDF format for your records and can also be accessed later through the Billing History section of your account.

Adding or Updating a Subscription Description
You can add a custom description to help identify the purpose of a subscription, especially when managing multiple subscriptions.
To add or edit a subscription description, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your portal dashboard, click your profile icon, and select Subscriptions & Billing.
- Locate the desired subscription and click the Manage (⋯) menu.
- Click Add description below the subscription name. If a description already exists, click the Edit icon instead.
- Enter the desired description and save your changes.
After saving, the description is displayed beneath the subscription name and can be updated at any time.

Using the Manage Subscription or Upgrade Now Options
The Manage Subscription or Upgrade Now buttons allow users to modify their current plan, billing cycle, user count, or included services.
This feature is useful when you want to upgrade your plan, add more users, or switch from monthly to annual billing.
From this page, you can:

Switch billing frequency: Toggle between Monthly and Annual subscriptions.

Change plan type: Select a different edition (e.g., Zenarmor SASE Edition,, SSE).
-
Adjust user count: Increase or decrease the number of licensed users.
-
Add or remove services: Include optional components such as Gateways or HA Pair Gateways.
-
View updated pricing: The total subscription cost updates automatically as you make changes.
To modify your subscription, follow the steps below.

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
Locate the desired subscription and click the Manage (⋯) button at the end of the row.

Click the Manage Subscription or Upgrade Now buttons to modify or upgrade your plan.

On the Manage Subscription page:
-
Use the dropdown menu to choose a different plan or edition.
-
Adjust the number of users by clicking the plus (+) or minus (−) buttons.

Optionally, enable or disable additional services such as Gateways.

Toggle between Monthly and Annual to select your preferred billing cycle.
-

Review the updated total cost displayed at the bottom.
-
Click Continue to proceed with your changes.

Confirm your selection in the summary view to finalize the update.
Changing the Billing Cycle
The Billing Cycle toggle allows you to easily manage how often your Zenarmor subscription renews. You can switch between Monthly and Annual plans depending on your organization’s preference.
To change your billing cycle follow the steps below.

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
Locate the desired subscription and click the Manage (⋯) button at the end of the row.

Click Manage subscription in the top-right corner.
-
Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to switch your preferred billing cycle.
-
Monthly: Renews every month at the standard rate.
-
Annual: Renews once per year, often at a discounted price.

Click Continue.

Review the subscription summary, verify the updated billing details, and confirm your changes.

Click Schedule Downgrade or Confirm Payment (depending on the selected change) to apply the updated billing cycle.
tipSwitching to Annual billing helps reduce administrative effort and may offer better pricing.
Canceling a Subscription
If you no longer wish to continue your Zenarmor subscription, you can easily cancel it from the Subscriptions page in Zenconsole.
To cancel a subscription, follow the steps below.

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
From the list, select the subscription you want to cancel.

Click the Cancel subscription button on the right side of the page.

A Cancel Subscription dialog box opens. In this dialog box:
-
Select a reason for cancellation from the list.
-
(Optional) Add any additional comments in the text field.
-
Check the box “I understand the consequences, cancel subscription.”

Click Cancel Subscription to submit your request.

A confirmation message, “Subscription cancel request sent successfully”, appears at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

The cancellation request is forwarded to the Sales team, who will review your request and contact you regarding the next steps.
The Sales team will contact you after reviewing your cancellation request. Your subscription remains active until the request is confirmed.
Resuming a Subscription
Once your cancellation request has been processed, the Resume subscription option becomes available.

On the Subscriptions page, click the Resume subscription button.

A confirmation message, “Subscription reactivated successfully”, appears at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Your subscription will be reactivated, and billing will continue from your existing plan.
Managing Payment Methods
The Payment Methods page in Zenconsole allows you to securely manage your organization’s billing details and keep your subscriptions active without interruption.
In this section, you can view, add, remove, or set default payment methods for your active subscriptions.
To manage your payment methods, follow the steps below.

Navigate to your portal dashboard, click on your
profile icon, and selectSubscriptions & Billingfrom the dropdown menu. -
In the left-hand menu, select the Payment methods tab.

If no card has been added yet, you’ll see a message stating “No payment method added.” Click Add new payment method to proceed.

Enter the Cardholder name and Card details in the provided fields.

Click Save to securely store your payment method.

Once added, your card will appear in the list.

To set a card as the default, click Set as default.

To remove a card, click Remove.

You can add multiple cards and select which one to use for automatic billing.
warningIf you try to delete one of your payment methods while it is linked to active subscriptions, an error message will appear:
Cannot delete default payment method with active subscriptions.
To remove it, first set another payment method as the default or cancel the associated active subscriptions.
