Cloud Management Portal for OPNsense

The Zenconsole (Cloud Management Portal) provides cloud-based management for Zenarmor products. Cloud Management makes it easier to manage your firewall regardless of your physical location.

To start using the Zenconsole, you must follow the steps below:

1. Enable Cloud Management.

2. Signup on the Cloud Management Portal (Zenconsole) if you have not done so already.

3. Register your system to the Zenconsole.

Enabling Cloud Management

To enable the Cloud Management on your system:

1. Go to Zenarmor → Settings → Cloud Management Portal on the OPNsense GUI.

2. You may view the privacy policies by clicking on the Privacy Policy button. This will open the Zenarmor Privacy Policy page in a new browser tab.

3. Click the Install & Configure button. The Zenarmor Agent plugin (os-sensei-agent) will automatically be installed in the background. Wait while Zenarmor Cloud Agent is being installed.

Signup for the Cloud Management Portal

If you do not have a cloud account, you will need to sign up. You may use your Google account to sign up. For more information, refer to Cloud Management Portal (Zenconsole) Authentication.

Register your System to the Cloud Management Portal

After enabling Cloud Management, you need to register your system on the Cloud Management Portal.

Click Register to Cloud Management Portal. You will automatically be redirected to the Zenconsole login page on Zenarmor website. Once you are signed into the portal, your node will be added to the cloud portal. On the Cloud Management Portal page of your OPNsense node, you should see the Cloud Management Status as Enabled and the admin email address used for registration.

You must ensure that the pop-up blocker on your browser is not enabled. In case a pop-up blocker is enabled on your browser, you can not register your OPNsense node to Zenconsole.

Unregistering from the Cloud Management Portal

To unregister your system from the Zenconsole (Cloud Management Portal) you may follow the next steps:

1. Click Unregister from Cloud Management Portal. This will open a dialog box for confirmation.

2. Click Yes to unregister from the Cloud Portal.

Signing into the Cloud Management Portal

After you have signed up for the Zenconsole (Cloud Management Portal), you may sign in to your account to view and manage all of your firewall devices.
