Troubleshooting for Zenarmor Licensing
Most frequently seen Zenarmor Licensing issues and their solutions are given below.
License Conflicts
In case of conflicts between your firewall and SVN Zenarmor license server, you may see the following warning messages on your Zenconsole and you may not use paid features of Zenarmor on your node.

If you see a warning on your Zenconsole Node Information Bar, like
Free (Business)
,Free (Home)
, orFree (SOHO)
, and the next message appears on your Subscription Status pane "Warning: You subscribed to a free subscription, but your firewall is configured with the home subscription license installed.", then you must check your subscription status by clicking on the Check again option at the top right corner of the Subscription Status pane to resolve the issue.Figure 1. If you see a warning on your Zenconsole Node Information Bar, such as
Business (Free)
,Home (Free)
, orSOHO (Free)
, and the next message appears on your Subscription Status pane: "Warning: You subscribed to a Business/SOHO/Home subscription, but your firewall is configured with the free license installed.", then you must update your subscription by submitting your Activation key to resolve the issue.
