Troubleshooting for Zenarmor Health Check Warnings

Below are the issues that Zenarmor Health Check finds most frequently and their solutions.

High disk usage detected

If the health check system detects disk usage exceeding 80%, a warning message similar to the one shown below is generated. In such a scenario, you should promptly free up some disk space before the Zenarmor engine is shut down due to excessive disk usage.

  • Zenarmor's automated health check system detected high disk usage (Utilization: %87 22G used / 28G total). Please inspect your resource usage or system configuration in order to prevent possible problems.

Zenarmor services have been disabled

When Zenarmor's automated health check system detects a critical issue, it disables the Zenarmor engine and displays a message with a critical priority in the Zenarmor Dashboard's header. If you have previously provided your email address, it also sends you a notification email. You can observe the notification's details on the Notification page.

High disk utilization is one of the reasons why the Zenarmor engine shuts down. If the health check system detects disk usage exceeding 90%, a warning message identical to the one shown below is generated. In this situation, you should free up some disk space and manually activate the Zenarmor engine.

  • Zenarmor's automated health check system detected high disk usage (Utilization: %95 24G used / 28G total). In order to prevent possible problems, your zenarmor services have been disabled. Please correct the problem. You can re-enable the services in the Zenarmor Dashboard.
